Karaoke and Ben's Backyard House

Hello all! As you can see from the pictures, me, Kyle, Emily, Mike, Katy, and Ben had a tremendous time. We sang classic rock, oldies...maybe a little The Darkness! It was a great time that only the ethics team plus emily could have pulled together. Note: If you click on the pictures they get bigger and you can save them! Ciao, Prem

Marriage around Thanksgiving??

Everyone is invited to the wedding!!

Come one, come all!

(Mom, Andrew, Arti, Dad)

Biking to the AA Center

Woohoo! Riding my bike down to the American Airlines Center was a blast! quite the workout too! Dodging cars, flying off of embankments, and getting a towing ticket put on my bike were all part of the festivities..oh and the Stars losing their playoff game to the Avalanche :( . That picture is pretty cool eh? I am kind of proud of it...very territorial. The attendees of the ride and game were my roommate, Sid, and his wonderful gf, Steph. ok.........It's about 6:19am and I better get back to my entrepreneurship biz plan.
Carpe diem.

Dinner at Sid's House, Woohoo!

Well, today, was a great day. Sid and I biked around White Rock Lake, braving 30 mph winds. Then we had some Taco Bell for the first time in months...oh soooo tasty, but oh soooo dangerous! haha. My friend Eric came over and we worked on our entrepreneurship project...THEN..we biked to Sid's and had a delicious meal with his 'rents. Beef stroganof (not spelled correctly!), some ice cream, berries, and cheese...also, some Fat Tire! Good times! Posted by Picasa

I Love 'Em!

I really love my family! They are incredibly supporting, inspiring, and driven people. My parents now have become engaged in the engagement of my sister, Arti, with her fiance Andrew! Exciting eh? I am going to have an excellent brother-in-law and, also, a bigger family. I guess I am just ranting..it is late; about 3AM on friday night.

Hope you guys have sweet dreams..i know i will..

Joe Pool Lake and Downtown Ft. Worth

Ok, here are some pics from Good Friday...and yes, it was great! My roommate, Sid, and I went to Joe Pool Lake and fished in a Jon Boat...then we met up with a bunch of my friends at Joe T. Garcia's in Ft. Worth and, finally, finished up in downtown! Good times, good friends.

Tiperrary Inn: Ethics Team's Last Hoorah

Well, that's all folks. The 2005-2006 Ethics Team is no more; except in the history books as the best (I like to think so anyway!). This Sunday we grabbed a few drinks at the Tipperrary Inn, a gem of an Irish Pub in Dallas with the most amazing food! I had Guinness beef stew, bread pudding, and a Strongbow cider...mmmm mmm mmm...good! The entire team showed up except for Ben Brown. Too bad, he missed an excellent time! Cheerio. Posted by Picasa

My First Passover Seder

A wonderful experience...
Passover with some good friends: Vecky, Maria, Emily, Courtney and I (in the photo). The program and dinner was put together by SMU Hillel for free actually because they got funded by Student Senate. Interesting b/c it was in the business school...very cultural b-school indeed! Anyways, we ate eggs, matzah, parsley w/ saltwater, and wine (grape juice) and a fruit dessert. If you are reading this and haven't had a Passover dinner...DO IT..DO IT!! Posted by Picasa

Lots of Water and Friends at Hard Rock

Well, I'm drinking lots of water this weekend. I've gotta fill two jugs with..umm.."pee"..heh...for the doc so he can make sure I don't have diabetes or thyroid (conditions of my 'rents); Anyways, me and my friend Mark checked out some local bands, Kessler, ecc. at the Hard Rock Cafe. Really good talent.. SMU is throwing an Imprezapalooza featuring a bunch of bands at Mockingbird Station, so we were handing out little cards with info on them. In the picture to the left here is Jessica, a good friend I met when I was a wee lil' freshman...good times...good times indeed. Posted by Picasa

Best Concert Ever!

Who would ever think a Hasidic Jewish Reggae Rapper would be the highlight of my year? Well, believe it or not, this Matisyahu character is amazing! If you have not picked up his CDs, Youth and Live at Stubb's, you are missing out...

This being my sister's second concert, I think this topped her list by far. She actually introduced me to his music, but didn't listen to it as much. Then, I just downloaded a bunch of it off of this Russian website and really got into it.

Note: JB and I raced back to Dallas from Padre to make the concert and did so with a half hour remaining. Hats off to an excellent driving job by JB (I got a ticket from a freakin' park ranger!!). Our trip was an overwhelming success..long nites, lots of partying, lots of R&R, plenty of sun and beach, but most importantly good times and good friends! Sadly, we only had a funsaver b/c my digital was broken from Florida, so we'll just remember this one in our heads. Cheers. Posted by Picasa

South Padre Island (SPI) 2006

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's that time of the year again, Spring Break. A time when school is abandoned, morals are lost, and fun is what everyone is looking for! That's where me and my good friend from Weatherford, JB, come in. We are trained to have fun and must spread the word! I'll let you know how it goes on the 15th... :) Posted by Picasa

David Gray, Prem, and Arti...An Excellent Evening!

Well, March 10th, I took my sister, Arti, to her first concert ever, David Gray. She had only heard of his one big hit, Babylon, but still had an amazing time. We had alright seats; not the best, not the worst...although we were scrunched against the left side of the Nokia Theatre. Good times... Posted by Picasa

Lookout Florida...Here comes the SMU Ethics Team!

These crazy guys and I competed in the national ethics bowl in Jacksonville, Florida. One hell of a time! There were drunken make-outs, chug contests, sushi, the beach, random taxi cab drivers, hard debates, good music, good-looking people, sunshine, and akward flights. Sounds fun eh? Well it was.. :) Posted by Picasa

my first

You like the title? I came up with it by mixing The Mothman Prophecies with what my sister calls me, Merpman. And WALLA!! Well, this is my shot in the dark at throwing something out there in the vast universe we call the net.

I have to watch the movie now, so excuse me.
More will come soon.

ciao
